Exploration

Kronic was exploring.... nothing new there, his cat like mind was always telling him to explore new areas, that as how he ended up looking after a set of tunnels for five years, lonely times they were indeed.

This new land seemed to suit the cat perfectly, with many little hiding places and just as many trees to sit in, he was even to safely run around in his panther without spooking anyone. He could find himself visiting this place very often.... only bad point was that there were no places to hunt in this little area, but he couldn't have t all his own way.

He was taking a rest from exploring, lazing about in a tall tree in his panther form, to recover some lost energy. He could just about be seen on a long branch, the scents confusing the nose of anyone in the area would make it harder to find him.

Aleria was all about exploring. Her foot steps leading to her this very thick place. She carefully monuevered herself through the thicket as best she could. Her lycan form was petite and could fit in most places but she was still rather large and awkward. She was about half way in, having done a good job. As she watched her front claws step over tangled limbs her back right leg moved slowly to step over it to, then her left slipped into a tight space. She could feel the tangled tree limbs and vines enclose around her foot. The more she pulled on the tighter it became. Growling lowly she swung her head around, jaws opened and she snapped down at the limbs around her foot. The bark snapped unerder the massave pressure and pulled her leg free. Shaking her head she now sat atop a small mound she saw a few trees in this area. Hers swiveled and her nose twitched as she took in the scents.

He was bored he had been sitting in the den for most of the day Anya was asleep and would be for some time having worn herself out chasing Kronic around for most of the afternoon, so he decided he would go for a walk to get some fresh air and explore some of the packlands he was yet to have seen.
Pulling his hair up into a ponytail to keep it out of the way he decided to explore the woods.
Idly placing a cigarette between his lips once a good distance away from anyone who would suffer the effects he lit it, sighing contently as he made his way through the tree line and into the forest.

Humming as he went, hazel eyes scanning all around him he smiled ever so slightly, dusk was coming and it was a lovely evening he felt at peace for the first time in a very long while and over all he felt he, his daughter and friends would live happily here. Looking around he chose to follow a growth of fern trees which ran up a hillside forest area. Hiking through the bushes and fallen logs he made his way through the woods learning of his surroundings.

"This... is a nice area" He said to himself as he leaped onto the ground, allowing his form to roll onto its side. This area had hidden dangers, but even so there was a quality about it which outweighed the dangers which could kill anyone, in his opinion.

Aleria was thankful to find a place that could hold her weight. She new it was dangerouse and that she her heavy weight could break the twisted vines and sticks under her and she could fall to her doom. Though she continued after taking a small rest and licking her leg that got caught inbetween the sticks. Though as she stepped off from the place she continued for a for a little before her paw broke through the sticks and vines again. Then rapidly the sounds of more sticks breaking under sounded in her ears. A small yelp came from her before she fell down.. down.. down. dust and sticks in the air came falling down. Her body hit the ground hard. Eyes closed she groanded, her nose was touching.. something. Finally she came to and staring at her was the sockets of empty eyes. She quickly backed up, her eyes adjusting to the dark. Infront of her was a meduim sized skeliton of rabbit. Ears flickering she paid no mind to it. Though felt bad, the poor thing must have gotten stuck down her. She was about to reach up and try and pull herself up through the hole that she fell through when the sounds of scuffling not to far away reached her ears. The sound getting louder and louder sounding as if it was comming towards her. Some.. that was surrounding her on all sides. Her heart rate picked up and she looked around swiftly. Tiny red beatty eyes stared at her and were comming closer swiftly. It looked as if the darkness was not quiet dark for a blanket of sheer darkness was rolling closer to her, if not for the eyes she could of swore the darkness was alive. Looking up she she reached up, her clawed hands grappling for something to hold onto. The sea of rats leaped out at her and covered her lower half, she could feel them biting and chewing and tearing away at her flesh and still more and more and came climbing up her body pulling her back down towards them. A painful howl tore from her muzzle before it was cut off. Now in totally darkness she could see nothing, though she felt the grimy bodys on her and under her and she swiped out fiercly with her claws trying to get the off of her. Her body burned as they ate, she could smell her own blood. The rats taking her deeper into there layer. She felt her self growing weaker and weaker by the second, and she tried to make all the nose she could and to kill as many as she could..
